Casa Portal is a retreat center and farm stay in Midcoast Maine designed for intimate group retreats. Retreat leaders, facilitators, and organizations gather here to host yoga retreats, meditation retreats, forest therapy trainings, and creative workshops in a private natural setting.

This place is for hosts who value depth over scale — where the environment supports the work rather than competing with it. Only one retreat group is hosted at a time.

Casa Portal is well suited for hosts who work with small and mid-size guest sizes, welcome beginners or mixed‑experience groups, value shared meals, and want a private, contained environment.

Casa Portal hosts a range of small group retreats, including:

  • yoga retreats

  • meditation retreats

  • forest bathing and nature-based retreats

  • creative and writing retreats

  • leadership and corporate retreats

  • personal retreat weekends

The land, buildings, and rhythms of nature and the farm function together as an all inclusive retreat container, allowing facilitators to focus on leading rather than managing logistics.

Guests share bedrooms, bathrooms, meals, and common spaces by design. This supports connection, simplicity, and ease — especially for first-time retreat guests who benefit from a home-like environment rather than a hotel atmosphere.
