This homestead is for people who feel the pull to slow down, but may not know exactly what kind of retreat they’re looking for — or whether they belong in retreat spaces at all.
No prior experience with meditation, yoga, or retreats is needed. Many guests arrive having never done anything like this before.

Casa Portal sits on over one hundred acres of meadows, woods, pasture, and forest. Walking trails, gardens, open fields, forest edges, a swimming pond, dogs, and a resident flock of sheep shape daily life here.
Only one retreat group is hosted at a time, creating a private, contained environment where nothing competes for attention.
The guesthouse is designed for shared living — kitchens, porches, and quiet corners where people gather naturally and community forms without effort.
RETREATS
Retreats may include forest bathing, gentle silent retreats designed for beginners, personal or solo stays within a shared container, and women’s retreats centered on transition, creativity, and empowerment.
