Casa Portal is a farm stay retreat center in Midcoast Maine, set across over one hundred acres of meadow, forest, and pasture. Designed for small group retreats, it offers a quiet, private setting where guests can step away from daily routines and reconnect with nature.

Days unfold on our retreats, walking the forest trails, time in the garden, chef prepared meals, cozy accommodations, and hands-on workshops in the restored barn. With only one group at a time, the experience is shaped by the rhythm of the land—simple, spacious, and grounded in nature and community.

Mornings begin slowly. Days unfold between creative arts, forest bathing, movement, and meditation, along with time to walk, make, read, or rest. Evenings gather around the table or the fire. Each retreat is guided by experienced facilitators, but held by a small, private setting where attention settles and connection deepens—both to nature and to each other.

Every retreat is designed with a clear sense of purpose, play, and community.
