A 3 night, four-day autumn retreat with Rita London exploring presence through gentle yoga & Xigong, meditation, sound healing, journaling, creative activities, and time in nature. Held on 100 acres of forests, meadows, and walking trails, the retreat combines guided experiences with personal retreat time, creating an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover a deeper sense of balance, clarity, and wholehearted living.

meet your teacher
Rita London
Rita London teaches gentle yoga and Xigong, Breath work, Mindfulness meditation and Mantra as well as Sound Healing (gong and Tibetan Bells). She is passionate about sharing centering mind-body practices to help others regulate their nervous systems and connect with their deepest resources to live their best lives. She has led creative wellness retreats in upstate New York, Mexico and Italy.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot and is applied toward your total retreat cost. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Once the final payment is made, all payments are non-refundable.

Accommodations in the farm guesthouse & meadow cabins including private all access use to 100 acres of land. Rooms share access to 4 full bathrooms. Cabins have new amish build outhouses.
