  • Social silence is a dedicated quiet period each morning—through the first session—where guests refrain from speaking. It creates a shared calm, deepens reflection, and helps you truly arrive in the present moment.

  •  Casa Portal offers a variety of spaces for your group’s activities:

    • Barn Workshop – Rustic charm, ideal for creative and group sessions

    • House Studio – Cozy indoor space for yoga, meditation, and small workshops

    • Screened-In Porch – Perfect for outdoor-feel gatherings without the bugs

    • Outdoor Areas – Lawns, meadows, forest clearings, and the pond area
